These Terms govern https://zippyluxe.com and purchases from ZIPPY, operated by Dongguan City Zippy Clothing Co., Ltd.（东莞市卓品服饰有限公司）. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund policies.

1. Who sells the products

ZIPPY offers qipao dresses and related apparel. The company is registered in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The Phoenix, Arizona line is for mail and approved return handling—not a U.S. factory and not company headquarters.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or have parental consent) and able to enter a binding contract. Checkout information must be accurate.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us about unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attack or overload it, scrape it harmfully, upload malware, impersonate others, or copy our product images or text for your own commercial catalog without permission.

5. Product information

Colors and drape can vary slightly by screen and by batch. We may correct listing errors and cancel affected lines with a refund of amounts paid for canceled items.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before checkout is complete. Sales tax may apply based on the ship-to address. Payment is collected through methods shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel fraudulent or unfulfillable orders.

7. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Confirmation email does not guarantee every line is in stock. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will notify you and refund that portion.

8. Shipping and returns

Shipping rules are in the Shipping Policy (contiguous U.S.; free standard shipping with no minimum). Return rules are in the Return & Refund Policy; approval is required before you ship a garment back.

9. Intellectual property

Site content and ZIPPY branding belong to us or our licensors. Personal browsing is allowed; commercial reuse needs written consent.

10. User content

Reviews or photos you submit may be used to operate and promote the store. You confirm you have the rights to share them.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without extra implied warranties beyond what the law requires.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to protect Dongguan City Zippy Clothing Co., Ltd. from claims that arise from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms, as far as the law allows.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without conflict-of-law rules. Contact us first about a dispute. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, Arizona courts are the venue if a case proceeds.

15. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.

16. Changes

We may post updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted.
